Remote Viewing and the Self-Correcting Mechanism

We were talking recently on TKR about the process of data flow in remote viewing. I've noticed, and others have noticed, that sometimes when you get a certain specific data point, and then you get another that has the same "basic form or dynamic" but different, that often, it suggests that neither of the data points are 'the target' literally, but rather, that the first one was 'about or like' the target, and the second one was corrective about the first one. This is fairly important, obviously, since accurate data is the whole point.

For example let's say you areremote viewing and while in session you see a certain shape in a dark color, and you write down that it is dark, but then you might see that shape again in a light color. What that might mean is that your mind is correcting you; the "point" of the first thing wasn't that it was dark, but that it was that shape, for example. Or you may see a certain combination of shapes that implies for example that something flat and rectangular is 'stacked', much like folding tables might be; but then you might see something completely different, with a focus on this shape, also flat and rectangular, but there it is arranged like flower petals. Neither is 'the' target. The first is 'about' the target. The second is 'about the first': it is corrective to say, "No, that is the shape, and there are multiples of the shape, and they are next to each other, BUT rather than being stacked, they are laid out horizontally."  If you keep on, if you wrote down "flower petal shape" rather than "flat rectangles horizontally next to each other", you might later even see something that shows that same shape in a different arrangement, which would be telling you that the 'flower petal shape' was not the point either.

The mind does appear to want to work with us and help us, if we'll just let it! It's true remote viewing can be totally exasperating at times but a lot of that is a lack, I think, of people truly attempting to work 'with' their own mind and just relying on chance to dump the answer onto the paper. Which happens, but not often enough. If you're interested in this topic you can join in the thread at TKR Remote Viewing over here: http://www.dojopsi.info/forum/index.php?topic=3839 which is what inspired this post.

Conscious Communities

About a year ago in a search engine I stumbled on a painting of Archangel Michael. I'd had this as a target in an all-too-brief session (that is, a remote viewing session) and the only thing I really had time for, data-wise, was this amazing sense of a body-ish-shape with heavy orange and gold colors and constant shimmers.

Amazing, but actually so amazing I assumed it must be some imagination based on, who knows... a reflection of the sunlight off some distant passing car (though I was not facing a direction for that to be easy), whatever. When I saw the target, I was intrigued by the brief sense of a body-form except not quite so defined near the feet, and the amazing colors I seemed to feel all the way through me.

Awhile later I happened out of curiosity to search for a picture of Archangel Michael. I actually expected there would be something modern and neat-o in blues, as he's normally associated with the Blue Ray in metaphysics. Most everything I found was something old, catholic, and usually not very nicely done.

Then I saw this picture that took my breath away. It was a painting of a man, except near the feet the body-shape lost some shape and become feathers or something, and it was deeply surrounded by all those same orange-gold colors. As far as paintings go, it was an amazing "ambience-match" to the session data.

Mentioned it to a friend the other day and searched to find it again, as an example. By the time I found it, it turned out it was in the photo album of someone on a 'community' I had not heard of before. I wanted to make a comment on it, so I registered and they were kind enough to let me in.

I like the idea of conscious intentional communities, so who knows? This might be fun.
